I am contacting you regarding a reservation I recently made through your platform.
I completed the booking process for a flight, however:
- I was not charged on my card, and
- I did not receive any confirmation email.
At the same time, when I check my account, the reservation appears with the status “awaiting confirmation.”
I am unsure whether my booking was successfully processed or not, and this situation is causing concern, as I need to finalize my travel plans.
Could you please clarify the status of this reservation and confirm whether it is valid? If not, I would like guidance on how to proceed or complete the booking properly.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
