Dear Meta Support Team,
My name is Sacchi Stefania. On February 6 (2026),I received an email from Instagram which I clicked because I needed to revisit my account, not through the app. After entering some codes, some of which were incorrect, my account was temporarily suspended. The notification stated a suspension due to community standards, not for sexual content or similar, but I have never posted or done anything of that kind. At the time, I was unsure what had happened.
On February 7, when attempting authentication again, Instagram was permanently disabled. Because my Facebook account uses the same login, Facebook was also suspended.
I have committed no offense. I am willing to provide any necessary personal information or documents. I also contacted the local police in Parma, Italy, who confirmed that the email I received was part of a phishing attempt.
I kindly request a manual review of my accounts, as I am unsure if this suspension resulted from phishing or another error. I have not been able to download official forms or access my accounts.

As a professional osteopath, I use Instagram and Facebook to stay informed, access updates, and seek work-related information—functions that cannot be replaced by a regular website. I am ready to provide identification documents or other proofs if necessary.
If restoring Instagram is not possible, I would also accept only Facebook restoration or, alternatively, the creation of a new Instagram account, since the two accounts were linked and the suspension of one affected the other, preventing me from accessing official forms.
I apologize for the inconvenience and would be very grateful for a prompt resolution. I have attempted other channels, including emails, but received no response. I swear that I have done nothing wrong; I believe this may simply be an algorithmic error triggered by the phishing email.

Good afternoon. about what Mr Valerio Cataldi did in Mozambique on WFP assignment.

I am writing to explain the following.

I was contacted by Mr. Valerio Cataldi from Rai, Italian Radio and Television, who is working for the WFP in Gaza, Mozambique.

Mr. Valerio rented my drone (work/filming equipment) to use during filming in Gaza province from February 19th to 22nd.

Mr. Valerio tested the equipment on the 18th before taking it, and on the phone he assured me that everything was perfect. We agreed on a daily fee of USD 100 for the drone, totaling USD 400.

During the days of use, Mr. Valerio claimed he was unable to use the drone due to something related to the app, his phone, or his settings; according to him, the drone flew in all directions except forward.

Whenever they called and expressed a concern, I always responded promptly and with possible solutions (you can confirm this with Mr. Thomas, the cameraman, and Mr. Macamo, the fixer).

On Monday the 23rd at 9:20 AM, I arrived at the hotel as agreed to deliver the equipment and payment, but before that, I tested the drone in the presence of Mr. Thomas and Mr. Macamo, who saw that the equipment was working well. It flew in all directions: altitude, forward, reverse, left, and right.

Mr. Valerio unfortunately said that he couldn’t use the drone and that he will not pay for the equipment rental.

On the same day, I went to the PMA to report what happened before reporting it to RAI. I spoke with Ms. Ana Hombre in person and sent an email to Ms. Federica from communications.

Mr. Valerio Cataldi acted arrogantly and without negotiation, showing a lack of commitment to our agreement.

I would like to have my matter resolved with your institution and Mr. Cataldi.

I recently traveled with Transavia on flight HV5315 on February 22, and unfortunately, I left my white Apple AirPods case on the plane.
