hello , a friend of mine who uses your application has recently booked a round trip ticket from beyrouth lebanon to slovenia ljubljana , my return ticket was supposed to be the 3rd of may using the turkush aurlines , but due to circumstances in lebanon the flight has been cancelled , i got in touch with turkish airlines support , and they saidthat i am eligible for either a refund or a full change of my return ticket free of charge but i have to do it through you , please if you could help me sort this issue out and let me know if i need to provide any details or info
