I am extremely disappointed with the repeated responses I have received, as none of them address the actual issue I reported.
Your policy clearly states that a booking can be modified up to 15 minutes before departure. I attempted to change my travel date more than 4 hours before the scheduled boarding time. The option to change the date was available in your system, and I successfully selected the new date. However, when I proceeded to pay the additional amount, your system displayed an error and prevented me from completing the rescheduling process.
My question remains unanswered: If the rescheduling feature is not functioning correctly, why is the option provided to customers?
Due to the failure of your system, I was forced to cancel my booking and suffered a loss of more than ₹900. Had the rescheduling option worked as advertised, cancellation would never have been necessary.
I am therefore requesting one of the following:
Rebook me on today’s Trichy–Chennai service, or
Refund the amount lost due to this issue.
If you are unwilling to resolve this matter, please provide the contact details of your supervisor, manager, or grievance escalation officer so that I may pursue this complaint further.
I have already provided screenshots showing the issue and expect this matter to be investigated properly rather than receiving standard template responses that do not address my concern.
I look forward to your prompt resolution.
