I have already contacted your customer support multiple times through your chat/email system requesting to unregister, deactivate, and permanently delete my KakaoTalk account, but this issue remains unresolved.

This situation is extremely concerning to me from a privacy standpoint.

I explicitly selected settings to prevent my phone number and account from being shared, synced, or made discoverable, and it appears that this preference has not been properly honored. This is not what I authorized.

At this point, I am formally requesting:
• Immediate deactivation and permanent deletion of my account
• Confirmation that my phone number and personal data are no longer stored or accessible
• Assurance that my account will not be visible, searchable, or reactivated in any way

This request is being made as a privacy/data rights concern, and I expect it to be handled with urgency.

Please do not direct me back to the app or standard automated instructions, as I have already attempted those steps without success.

I am traveling with my brother, and our friends have already booked a Deluxe Balcony Fantastica (BR3), cabin 13212.
If possible, we would really appreciate being accommodated close to them.

This cruise is very special for me, as I will be celebrating my 40th birthday on June 16, 2026.
For this reason, I kindly request a quiet cabin, preferably midship on decks 11–13, away from elevators and high-traffic areas.
A balcony cabin is very important for me for photos and to fully enjoy this special occasion.

ENHYPEN, Heeseung, and BELIFT, we completely support Heeseung and his decision to make solo songs. But we disagree that he needs to leave the group. He can make solo music and still be apart of ENHYPEN, Just like Yeonjun. Heeseung could take a hiatus instead…but the fact that he ‘has to leave’ doesn’t make sense and doesn’t fit with us, ENGENES. We believe that Heeseung is a vital part of ENHYPEN. And that he shouldn’t leave. Because that doesn’t only break ENHYPEN, but it breaks us ENGENES. I completely support his decision, but not the fact he’s leaving. ENHYPEN WILL ALWAYS BE 7. heeseung is literally head to toe, one of the most talented members…and you guys just threw him away? shame on you, hybe. Don’t hurt ENHYPEN more.
