Amazfit watch GTS2.
On 22nd September I bought an Amazfit GTS2 watch. After a couple of days it stopped working.
I am in the UK and was told by Amazfit to contact the UK Amazfit devision.
I did this and returned the watch. Since being offered an unsuitable watch the MPS2 JD.com International Ltd in Leicestershire have ignored my many emails.
It appears this company is part of you, can you please look into this problem I am having with your UK company and either arrange replacement watch or a refund, please.
