I received a notification that my outbound flight was cancelled due to a strike, and I have already requested a refund for the cancelled flight only.
However, I am currently unable to confirm my return flight in the booking system.
Could you please confirm whether my return flight is still active and booked under the reservation number KC49QVF?
I would appreciate your clarification.
