The driver claimed he arrived at the destination but he never did. He then canceled the trip and my parcel was never delivered. This is dishonest behavior and I need an urgent investigation and refund.The parcel contained valuable items and I am very concerned.
This puts pressure on Uber support to treat it seriously.
