I have paid for a return ticket and the amount was deducted (397 euro) from my bank account for a return ticket from Vilnius to Tehran (19 Feb-24 Feb 2026) last night. Please find the receipt from my bank account but i have not received any confirmation from you via email or in my KIWI account, no ticket, no booking number nothing. Can you please check it and inform me with in the shortest possible time? Also i want your direct phone number to talk to your customer service specialist. I am living in Lithuania and may name is Marjan Masoodi.
