Hello, I have paid for a return ticket and the amount was deducted (397 euro) from my bank account for a return ticket from Vilnius to Tehran (19 Feb-24 Feb 2026) last night. Please find the receipt from my bank account but i have not received any confirmation from you via email or in my KIWI account, no ticket, no booking number nothing. I am in the UK at the moment and have set up the Grab app. We will shortly be going on holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia. When I put in my preferred payment card, it takes off 3 pence to see if my card works. When I go on the app to check my details it dies not show up.
