I’m looking for assistance about my payout from Lingo. Myself and my partner played in September and won £3730 and were told it would be shown early 2026. I have tried to contact everyone we dealt with before going on the show to no reply. I was hoping to book a holiday with our winnings but this isn’t possible as haven’t received pay or even had any update of when will be shown. All my friends and family keep asking and are joking that I’ve made it up. I know it’s jokes but it’s causing me some serious stress the whole situation. If someone could call me ASAP please
