J,ai été remetytre le paquet a la poste et a mon retour a la maison j'avais recu la seconde partie de la commande. Dans celle-ci je voulais retourner un portefeuille et vous avez accepter , cependant vous demandez a ce que les deux items soient dans le même envoie , hors le premierr envoie est déja partis , comment je procède pour retourner le portefeuille ? dans votre dernier courriel de retour vous me créditez la vcoiture (premier envoie ) et le portefeuille (second envoie ) mais le portefeuille est encore en ma posession , j'aurais besoin qu'une correction soit faite et que vous m'envoyez un coupon de poste différent de celui du premier envoie. en attente de votre réponse Merci On M,as envoyer la commande en deux envoie.
