I have made several attempts to report the theft of my Credit Card which was reported to the Police in Ventimiglia on 5/6/2026. The 3639 service is conducted in French and is difficult to understand. There are also problems with the signal, and the communication is often ended before the issue has been resolved.
Please let me know what I should do to ensure that a new card can be issued. My ID number is: ******* and the Account Number is: 1524508N029. The account is registered at: 61B Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7PP. UK
