Hello, so I think there is a double charge for purchase.
There was a transaction form my card (*2690) for amount of 467.08 USD (I cannot say the amount to yen, but I suspect it was 75000 yen
Date of transaction: *******:36:56
No. of transaction: 916036
In August 2026 I travelled to Kyushu and purchased the JR Kyushu passes for 3 people, but there was proceed purchases according to my bank
First transaction (No. 625555): *******:00:******* yen/467.08 USD) - first purchase of three passes
Second transaction (No. 111111): *******:00:******* yen/465.86 USD) - refund for passes because I change the start date
Third transaction (No.453774): *******:36:******* yen/484.47 USD) - second purchase of three passes because of the changed start date
All those three transaction go through my bank, so I need information about the transaction in September (No. 916036)
Please let me know the necessary steps to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance.
