Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I am writing regarding my reservation at Pine Lake Resort in Carnforth (Booking number: *******).
Due to an issue with our first night’s stay, the resort advised that a refund had been processed back to Booking.com. However, I have not yet received this refund in my account.
I would like to check whether you have received the refund from the property and when this will be returned to me. Could you please provide an update on the status of this refund?
If the refund has already been processed, I would appreciate confirmation along with any relevant transaction details.
