Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent booking that was not honoured by the service provider.
I had booked an apartment for three nights through your platform. However, upon arrival at the property, there was no one available to assist us. We were not provided with a room number, nor were we given any keys or instructions on how to access the apartment.
I was travelling with my family, including my wife and children, which made the situation even more distressing. We attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided on the booking confirmation, but unfortunately, no one answered our calls.
As a result, we were left stranded with no accommodation for the night and were forced to spend the night outside until we could find assistance the following morning. This caused significant distress, inconvenience, and discomfort for my family.
I find this experience completely unacceptable, especially considering that the booking was confirmed through your platform. I kindly request a full refund for the booking, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused.
Please investigate this matter urgently and advise on the next steps. I would appreciate a prompt response
