I inform you that the international registration 1023254, registered by You with the TANGRAM designation in class(es) 9 of Nice international classification for TM holder Swiss Hospitality Management Group SA for RF territory, may be similar up to level of confusion to the designation ТАНГРАМ (Russian transcription TANGRAM ), indicated in the national application and filed to RosPatent under the Russian national procedure for the class(es) 9.
According to the Russian trademark law, the TM holder of early registered TM can apply to Rospatent with a declaration of opposition against a similar application and prevent its registration as a trademark.
