Dear Sir/Madam,
We planned our vacation at Radisson Blu Cesme with check-in on May 23 and check-out on May 28.
On Tuesday, May 26, after checking into the hotel, I left my solitaire diamond ring inside my jewelry box in my bag in our hotel room. On Wednesday evening, while getting ready to go out for dinner, I realized that the ring was missing from the jewelry box. My husband and I searched the entire room for nearly an hour.
Afterwards, we contacted the hotel manager and informed the hotel staff about the situation. Unfortunately, our concerns were not taken seriously and we did not receive any proper assistance or explanation.
The following day, since we still had not received any satisfactory response from the hotel, we immediately reported the matter to the police. The police investigation team arrived at the hotel and carried out the necessary examinations. We then went to the police station and officially filed a complaint.
Later, according to the statements made by the police officers, the suspect was identified after another hotel employee witnessed housekeeping staff going through my personal bag without permission.
Despite the seriousness of this incident, we have not received any apology, explanation, or professional response from the hotel management.
Due to the official police reports and evidence regarding this matter, I would like to formally state that we will be pursuing both material and moral compensation claims against your hotel.
This incident completely ruined our vacation. Our plans as a couple were disrupted, we experienced significant stress and emotional distress throughout the remainder of our stay, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the way your hotel handled this situation.
We expect your immediate attention regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
