We would like to contact traveling but we’re incapable of calling the number because the call immediately ends. Are there any alternative ways we could contact you from the Netherlands? This has haste because this is about a booking that was planned for today but we’re unable to make it to our destination anymore due to an eurostar rain cancellation. Kind regards. Alaiah

I have been blocked on marketplace since January. No amount of searching as turned up why I was blocked. A very ambiguous statement that I broke a rule. Never told what Item I had posted that broke that rule. All my research through OK complaint department only led to an automated reply that said the algorithm must be corrupt. As I have marketplace icon. I've only been told not to use it which is kinda silly seeing that I couldn't use it if I wanted to. Is there no way to get this resolved?

We are locked out of Travelport and have many other issues. We have been a customer for 30years. We haven't been able to use Travelport for the last 6 months. All our phone numbers/contacts for Travelport do not work. Jeffco Travel has had the hardest time trying to get a hold of someone to help us. Please help.

I bought 2 Airtickets from GZ back to Singapore. Each ticket, I bought 10kg of luggage check in. I want to check whether I can combine the check in if I have one check in luggage with 20kg? Or is there a way to change the baggage check in as I only have 1 check in luggage. Many thanks.
