Hi, I bought a ticket from London to Erbil, Iraq on February 24th for March 11th. I haven’t received any email today. They sent me a message saying that the ticket conditions had changed. Go check your email. I still haven’t received an email. How can I check? How do I know what happened?

My fiance made reservation but it was for wrong day.. this was done today. He went on booking .com that's who he thought he was booking with. Somehow it was Agoda. Once he realized the date was wrong he tried to get it fixed to correct date. Not cancelled just fixed. Agoraphobia said no. Period. No refund no change nothing. This is unacceptable to me. I have been a customer for a while. He had to call the hotel and pay for a new reservation for correct date. So he's out 140 dollars now. The date was supposed to be Thurs the 30th. But instead it somehow was today's date. He has been on phone for 2 hours to be told basically too bad. I dont wish to cancel my account over this. Plz refund his credit card. Since he already paid hotel for correct reservation.

I have been blocked on marketplace since January. No amount of searching as turned up why I was blocked. A very ambiguous statement that I broke a rule. Never told what Item I had posted that broke that rule. All my research through OK complaint department only led to an automated reply that said the algorithm must be corrupt. As I have marketplace icon. I've only been told not to use it which is kinda silly seeing that I couldn't use it if I wanted to. Is there no way to get this resolved?

We are locked out of Travelport and have many other issues. We have been a customer for 30years. We haven't been able to use Travelport for the last 6 months. All our phone numbers/contacts for Travelport do not work. Jeffco Travel has had the hardest time trying to get a hold of someone to help us. Please help.

I bought 2 Airtickets from GZ back to Singapore. Each ticket, I bought 10kg of luggage check in. I want to check whether I can combine the check in if I have one check in luggage with 20kg? Or is there a way to change the baggage check in as I only have 1 check in luggage. Many thanks.
