I registered my card in the Grab app and a small charge was made for card verification purposes.
However, the amount has not been reversed/refunded yet.

Transaction date: [31/01/26]

Amount: [50 PHP]

Card type & last 4 digits: Visa ****1059]

I have an upcoming trip from February 2 to February 6, 2026, during which I will need to use Grab.
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could kindly assist with a prompt check and reversal/refund.

Please let me know whether this is a pending authorization or a completed charge,
and help proceed with the refund if applicable.
