Dear T’way Air Customer Service,
I am writing regarding my flight TW514 from Saipan to Korea scheduled for April 18 under booking reference Q9BJKW.
I have now been informed that the airport is closed and that T’way Air has canceled all flights due to Typhoon Sinlaku. However, my booking in the T’way Air app still shows as “confirmed,” which is very confusing.
I also went to the airport in person to check in and speak with an agent, but no T’way Air staff were available to assist me. Airport personnel confirmed that T’way flights had been canceled.
Given that my flight has been canceled by the airline, I would like to formally request:
A full refund to my original form of payment, or
Rebooking on the next available flight at no additional cost
Please confirm the cancellation status of my flight and advise on how my refund will be processed.
