Cubanas Support’s Query
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this email finds you well.
I’m reaching out as part of the Cubanas team while attempting to submit a trademark infringement, counterfeit, and business impersonation complaint through your form (Trademark Report Form: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/*******).
While completing the process, I am asked to enter a verification code sent to the reported party’s email, which I do. However, when I try to submit the form, the submit button changes from dark blue to light blue, and after a few minutes returns to dark blue again, without the complaint being processed.
I have tried refreshing the page, using different computers, devices, IP addresses, and even submitting on different days, but the issue persists and the complaint cannot be completed.
Could you please look into this issue and confirm whether there is a technical problem with the form?
