Subject: Formal Request Regarding Partner Account 792209
Dear Booking.com Partner Support,
I am writing regarding my partner account (Milimani Cottages 792209), which I understand has been locked due to inactivity.
For several years I successfully advertised my lodge on your platform and maintained good guest ratings, often between 8.0 and 8.9. Unfortunately, a guest later posted a review that I believe was inaccurate and misleading. I contacted Booking.com at the time to explain the situation, however the review remained published and a 1-star rating was applied.
As a result of this unresolved issue, I requested that my property listing and partner account be deleted. Despite this request, I continue to receive automated emails inviting me to reactivate the account.
I would therefore ask that Booking.com resolve this matter by taking one of the following actions:
1. Review and remove the disputed review and allow my property to continue operating on the platform, or
2. Permanently delete my partner account and property listing from your system and cease all further automated communications relating to account reactivation.
Please confirm in writing once the appropriate action has been taken.
If the account is to remain closed, I would also appreciate confirmation that my property information and associated data have been removed from your systems.
