Hello,
In reference to booking Shinkansen tickets from Tokyo central to Kyoto central stations on Sunday March 29th 2026.
Mr reservation number is 2039 for 2 people car 8 seat 17d & 17c
My ID number is *******
I was charged £153.******* yen) at time of booking on my starling card ref JRC Shinkansen
Transaction receipt number *******
I have also been charged £153.******* yen) today ref JRC Smart ex
Could you please advise why this charge has happened as I have not booked any other tickets.
Please can you please refund or cancel pending transaction amount and please reply via e-mail to themccues@btinternet.com that the refund has been processed.
I have checked my account and there is only 1 booking as there should be.
