To Whom May It Concern,
I have already contacted your customer support multiple times through your chat/email system requesting to unregister, deactivate, and permanently delete my KakaoTalk account, but this issue remains unresolved.
This situation is extremely concerning to me from a privacy standpoint.
I explicitly selected settings to prevent my phone number and account from being shared, synced, or made discoverable, and it appears that this preference has not been properly honored. This is not what I authorized.
At this point, I am formally requesting:
• Immediate deactivation and permanent deletion of my account
• Confirmation that my phone number and personal data are no longer stored or accessible
• Assurance that my account will not be visible, searchable, or reactivated in any way
This request is being made as a privacy/data rights concern, and I expect it to be handled with urgency.
Please do not direct me back to the app or standard automated instructions, as I have already attempted those steps without success.
