Jane’s Query
My fiance made reservation but it was for wrong day.. this was done today. He went on booking .com that's who he thought he was booking with. Somehow it was Agoda. Once he realized the date was wrong he tried to get it fixed to correct date. Not cancelled just fixed. Agoraphobia said no. Period. No refund no change nothing. This is unacceptable to me. I have been a customer for a while. He had to call the hotel and pay for a new reservation for correct date. So he's out 140 dollars now. The date was supposed to be Thurs the 30th. But instead it somehow was today's date. He has been on phone for 2 hours to be told basically too bad. I dont wish to cancel my account over this. Plz refund his credit card. Since he already paid hotel for correct reservation.
