I am writing to file a formal complaint against a supplier on your platform named TIANCANGSTEEL CO., LTD.
I transferred an amount of USD 2,000 to this supplier as an agreed advance payment for an order. After receiving the money, the supplier claimed that the amount was not sufficient and demanded additional payments.
Since then, the supplier has repeatedly promised to refund the money, but no refund has been made. Every day I receive excuses without any real action. This behavior is misleading and fraudulent and has caused me financial loss.
The supplier is still active on Alibaba, which puts other buyers at serious risk.
I respectfully request Alibaba to:
• Investigate this supplier immediately
• Take appropriate action according to Alibaba policies
• Assist me in recovering my money if possible

On 22nd September I bought an Amazfit GTS2 watch. After a couple of days it stopped working.
I am in the UK and was told by Amazfit to contact the UK Amazfit devision.
I did this and returned the watch. Since being offered an unsuitable watch the MPS2 JD.com International Ltd in Leicestershire have ignored my many emails.
It appears this company is part of you, can you please look into this problem I am having with your UK company and either arrange replacement watch or a refund, please.
