Train journey on 29 July from Blackwater to Gatwick at 0946 didn't run -incident at Guildford all passengers told to get off we had to get Taxis to Gatwick arriving just in time - claiming for Taxis £135 can provide receipt by email. we had tickets for 3 adults, 2 children ref ******* thanks
