Prepare a complaint to booking.com. i have reserved 4 rooms. But now i contacted the property through 8150082433 informed only 2 rooms. We have 4 family and need to stay together for enjoying vacation with our kids. Kindly help us and inform property owner to arrange the same. We believe booking.com understand our situation.

Dear Booking.com Support Team,

I am writing regarding my confirmed reservation at Aafa Suites under Booking Confirmation Number: 6833223336.

According to my booking confirmation, I have successfully reserved 4 Family Suites for the stay from 13 May 2026 to 16 May 2026 for our family vacation. However, when I contacted the property directly through the phone number +91 8150082433, the property informed me that only 2 rooms are currently available.

This situation is very disappointing because we are 4 families travelling together with children, and we specifically booked 4 rooms so that all families could stay together and enjoy our vacation comfortably.

I kindly request Booking.com to immediately contact the property owner and ensure that all 4 confirmed rooms are arranged as per the reservation made through your platform. We trusted the confirmation provided by Booking.com and planned our trip accordingly.

Please treat this matter as urgent and help us resolve the issue at the earliest possible time.

I’m looking for assistance about my payout from Lingo. Myself and my partner played in September and won £3730 and were told it would be shown early 2026. I have tried to contact everyone we dealt with before going on the show to no reply. I was hoping to book a holiday with our winnings but this isn’t possible as haven’t received pay or even had any update of when will be shown. Dear Booking.com Support, My reservation number is *******. When I checked in at the hotel, I was asked to pay 1201.05 PLN for my stay. I paid this amount at check-in. However, my bank informed me that the same amount had already been charged to my card previously and had already been deducted from my account. I discussed this with the hotel reception. They informed me that they cannot see any previous payment in their system and asked me to contact Booking.com so that, if a payment was received, Booking.com could confirm it with the hotel. The hotel also provided me with the following note: “Please confirm verification of this card in reservation. Any extra payment was not made.” Could you please verify whether a payment had already been processed for this reservation and clarify the payment status? If a previous payment exists, I kindly ask Booking.com to contact the hotel directly to resolve this issue and avoid a duplicate charge. Thank you for your assistance.
