I already have ticket going to busan this coming april 21. I wanted to get another ticket for my minor niece (9 years old). Can you assist me since i cannot get directly the ticket since she’s a minor. What to do to connect to my existinf ticket.

Train journey on 29 July from Blackwater to Gatwick at 0946 didn't run -incident at Guildford all passengers told to get off we had to get Taxis to Gatwick arriving just in time - claiming for Taxis £135 can provide receipt by email. we had tickets for 3 adults, 2 children ref ******* thanks
