Attention to EU legal companies: Restrictions, implemented by EU Commission to legal advisory services on 10/10/2022 (see *, i(19)), have prohibited providing of legal services for companies with Russian shareholders on EU territory. There are no restrictions for EU legal companies to provide services for TM holders with EU shareholders and use the services of Russian IP service providers for IP matters on RF territory.
