Hello CoinDCX Support Team,

I made an INR deposit of ₹5000 using UPI through PhonePe, but the amount is not showing in my CoinDCX wallet.

Transaction Details:

Date: 22 February 2026
Payment App: PhonePe
UTR Number: 699687927518

The payment was successful from my bank, but it is not reflected in my CoinDCX account. I have attached the payment screenshot for your reference.

Please check the transaction and credit the amount to my account or guide me on the next steps.
